FAQs
How long does it take? We can upgrade an existing website usually within 30 days. A new website usually takes 60-90 days depending on what content is available.
What about Flash based websites? We discourage our customers from considering a Flash based website. Flash is visually impressive but terrible for search engines since they see it as one large graphic. There are some options to override these drawbacks but we find it incredibly time consuming and therefore expensive to design in.
If I use a template, will my website be unique? Even though we start with a pre-built template, what we end up with will be unique to your business. We have access to thousands of templates. And since we use a template, you’ll know beforehand how it will look. Once we agree on a template, we modify it to fit your desired color scheme, logo and design elements. Templates save us time and save you money.
What about content? Who develops it? In web design, content is king! A website’s content is 90% of what will make it successful. In most cases, the customer is responsible for generating all content. However we can help.
What about pictures? We use stock photography for most of our websites. We have access to thousands of professional stock photos and deliberately choose pics which are unique, not bland or boring pictures, but pics that bring your site to life.
